have u tried this coupon? did it work? it says at the bottom is has to be personalized and you have to show id. this one just had first name, last name typed. i tried to go on seventeen.com and find it, you had to sign up for this contest.. and if you are the first 5000 you get one emailed to you...i didn't get one though
