Book Recommendation

I'm reading this book for a class and I've got to say it's a pretty good one. It has changed my attitude towards motherhood overall and is just a really inspiring, uplifting book! The author is very religious so there are many (and I mean many) references to the Bible which makes it a little different from your average self-improvement books. She also wrote The Power of a Positive Woman. You can purchase the 2-in-1 book on Walmart.com for about $11. I recommend it.

Sunday

This is Idaho.

This just in: the temperature in Rexburg has officially made it over 70. It was a beautiful weekend and we had a lot of fun doing some very Idaho things. Friday night we went out to Bald Butte with some friends and target shot guns (really), rode four-wheelers, dirt bikes, made a fire, and made s'mores. Saturday morning we were woken up by a big plane. The local flight museum was having their annual air show so we went and watched some crazy pilots do some crazy tricks. All I can say is that I'm glad I'm not one of their wives! It was pretty impressive, though, and it was right up Joe's alley! Later on that day we went out to the St.Anthony sand dunes which are just about 15 minutes away from us. Joe says they are one of the largest recreational sand dunes in the nation. There is a "lake" right in the middle of the millions of tons of sand so we brought Owen and he was in heaven. He just about fetched until he couldn't walk anymore. I couldn't believe how many four-wheelers, dirt bikers, and dune buggie-ers were out there. We caught some rays for the first time since we lived in Florida and it was very relaxing. That night we prepared for our HUGE yard sale which we will be holding this coming Saturday. The rest of these pictures are as a tribute to Idaho and it's awkward-prettiness from trips we have made in the past year.

Monday

22 weeks

Yet another pregnancy update! I promise, we do have other things going on in our lives, but baby-baking is just so much more interesting.

Recently, Joe and I have been trying to prepare to move. We are selling almost everything we own and bringing the shirts on our backs. It may sound extreme but in reality, it's turned out to be a good thing because we've been able to get rid of all the junk we've collected through the years. I am really ready to be done with school (5 more weeks) and I think Joe is really ready to find a "real" job that he enjoys. It's June and according to weather.com it feels like 27 degrees here in Rexburg right about now. It's just not right!
