Park City

This weekend we took a trip to Park City and stayed at a beautiful resort snuggled right up to the mountain. We went with our good friends Erika, Ephraim and their son, Enoch, who is two months older than Norah. It was a lot of fun and a much needed getaway. We drove up Friday evening and although I'm partial to the East's greenery I will admit that it was a beautiful drive given the mountains. Since the babies were ready for bed by the time we got there, Joe got a quick 10 minute swim in before we headed to the room for the night. Saturday we walked around the outlet mall, ate some lunch, and then walked down Main Street. One noteworthy occurrence was that while walking through "downtown" Park City there were about 10 people who were quick to approach us and say, "Awwww WOW what a beautiful dog!" (yes, we brought Owen) and after a little chit chat about how old he is, etc would realize we had a baby and then say "Oh and beautiful baby too!" We just thought it was interesting because it was very typical of those "mountain sorts." All in all it was a fun weekend! The best part: we didn't spend any money, except on the gas to get there.
